To open and equip a secretariat for the association in Fort Portal town with coordination offices and a psycho social counseling wing. 

 

To raise community awareness in Kabarole district on the plight and rights of people living with severe spinal injuries.  

 

To provide psycho social counselling services to members of the association.

 

To build the capacity of people with severe spinal injuries and family members to improve their incomes and independence.

 

​To develop and implement a resource mobilization strategy that promotes the achieving of set short and long term objectives of the association.
