Spinal Injury Association Kabarole (SIAK) is an organisation of people with disabilities resulting from fatal spinal cord injuries. The organisation is found in Fort Portal town, Kabarole district in Western Uganda, East Africa.
We are located on Kabarole Disabled Peoples Union (KADDIPU) building in Kabundaire, West division, Fort Portal Municipality. Today we have 278 active members organised under registered community based organisations spread in 5 sub counties namely; Busoro, Karambi, Buhesi, Kiyombya and Bukuuku sub counties in Kabarole district, western Uganda. All member organisations are registered at sub county level, have bank accounts and management committees.
